Artist Statement｜創作敘述
At dusk in Paris, the Eiffel Tower stands quietly between light and shadow.
Steel lines hold the city’s form, while soft colors melt slowly, like cream in the air.
I stand at the street corner, breathing it all in, leaving behind a creamy, sweet aftertaste.
This is not a realistic portrait of Paris, but a fleeting moment wrapped in emotion and memory—between reason and romance, between structure and sensitivity,I fell in love with the warmth of this city at first sight.
One of the key pieces in my “Love at First Sight” city series.
黃昏時分的巴黎，鐵塔在光影之間靜靜佇立。
鋼鐵的線條撐起城市的輪廓，而柔軟的色彩像奶油般緩緩融化。我在街角，呼吸著空氣裡，留下奶油般香甜的餘韻。
這不是一幅寫實的巴黎，而是一個被情緒與記憶包裹的瞬間——在理性與浪漫之間，在結構與感性之中，我一眼愛上了這座城市的溫度。
本作為《Love at First Sight》城市系列代表作品之一。
Technique｜技法說明
Created primarily with acrylics, the entire canvas is prepared with a mineral-sand ground.
The painting adopts a watercolor-inspired approach, combining sketch-like linear drawing with freely layered color blocks.
The style blends the emotional brushwork of expressionism with the structural sensibility of contemporary urban sketching.
Lines define the city’s form, while layered colors capture the shifting light and atmosphere of dusk.
本作品以壓克力顏料為主，畫布整張以礦砂打底，採用仿水彩畫風的方式，結合線稿式描繪與自由色塊堆疊。
畫風融合表現主義的情緒筆觸與當代城市速寫的結構感，以線條勾勒城市輪廓，再透過層層色彩捕捉黃昏時分的光與氛圍。
