Artist Statement｜創作敘述
This piece captures the emotional pulse of New York—fast, luminous, and restless.
The city rises in layers of blue and grey, while bold strokes of orange cut through the scene like flashes of memory, desire, and movement.
New York is not painted here as a fixed place, but as a living force—one that stays in the mind, lingers in the heart, and becomes impossible to forget.
Part of the Love at First Sight series, this work explores the moment a city becomes more than a destination—becoming something deeply personal, like the apple of one’s eye.
這幅作品捕捉的是紐約的情緒脈動——快速、明亮而不安靜。
城市在藍灰色調中層層升起，橘黃色筆觸如記憶、慾望與流動的閃光，穿越其中。

Architectural structures are suggested through loose vertical lines and fragmented forms, while bold impasto strokes create texture, movement, and spatial depth.
The contrast between cool blues and warm orange highlights builds visual tension, reflecting the energy, speed, and emotional intensity of city life.
以壓克力於畫布上創作，透過多層色彩堆疊與自由筆觸，重構城市景觀的節奏與流動。
建築結構以鬆動的垂直線條與破碎形體勾勒而成，並結合厚塗筆觸（Impasto），營造畫面的肌理、動態與空間層次。
